This beautiful newly renovated Oceanfront 2 bedroom / 2 bath flat has enough to sleep six. It is furnished with a king, two twins and a full size Murphy bed. Granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. There are three TV's with Digital Preferred Package, and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure. Tile floors throughout which makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from sand. There is a charcoal grill so our guests can enjoy grilling out at your own unit. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and pickleball courts. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  We loved the condo , beautiful views, spacious, well decorated. Convenient to beach access and swimming pool. Parking was right outside the door. The condo was well supplied with all the necessities for day to day living. We are looking forward to a return visit.

  We had a wonderful unit and location. We saw everything from a whale to a dolphin to a turtle fight!
  
  Only downside was no TV all week...Comcast was a terrible relection on owner or Summerhouse...Comcast promised us on the Saturday we arrived they would be there on the following show...promised Tuesday, then Thursday, then Friday...still NO SHOW!
  
  Again, we loved unit and would stay again...absolutely!
