SH 107

This is our ocean front two bedroom / two bath flat. You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs. The unit has enough to sleep four. It is furnished with a new king bed, and two twins. There are two TV's. There is a 52" television in living room, DVD. Tile floors throughout which makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from sand. There is a charcoal grill so our guests can enjoy grilling out in their own unit. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickle ball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  We had had a very stressful summer and dreaded the added stress of the holiday season so we left home for the beach. Everything was wonderful. The weather, the beautiful condo that we stayed in and of course the ocean and the beach. We enjoyed several trips to town for meals and souvenirs. Our favorite restaurant was Osteens for shrimp.our least favorite thing was that we live too far away for more frequent visits.The peace and beauty of Summerhouse will stay with us till we are able to return.

  Great walks on the beach and swims in the Atlantic and in the swimming pool. Beautiful sunrises. Never crowded except on Memorial Day but even then not too crowded to enjoy the beach. The condo staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Loved it. Be back in September.

  100 steps to the beach, 50 steps to the pool, and a tortoise that we named “Augie” that lives right outside your back door. He loves cucumbers and will eat them from your hand. This condo was great!

  Lovely condo on the beach with wonderful amenities. Current upgrades appreciated. Truly appreciated the "chilled pool" after a couple hours on the blazing hot beach. Would recommend a pest control service as there were a number of earwigs, cockroaches and spiders found everyday. Light in bottom of microwave that shines on stove needs replacing and the toilet seat in the master bath needs to be tightened. Would rent this condo again!!!
