There is nothing that compares to a stay at our condo with Crescent Beach right outside your front door. The balcony with its bistro table is the best place to view the dunes, sand and sea. Sit with a cup of coffee or a cocktail and watch pelicans diving for food or see a school of dolphins swim by. New 42" TV and Blue ray player in the living room, 32" TV and DVD in the master bedroom with a plush King size bed. There are two twin size beds in the 2nd bedroom with a queen sized pull out couch in the living room. Carpeted in the bedrooms and living room, with tile throughout the remainder of the condo. Plenty of board games for the family to enjoy sitting around the cozy dining table. Only stays of 7 nights or more allowed. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  We had a lovely month in SH 108. We have been staying at Summerhouse for almost 30 years and, obviously, love the place. This unit was in very good condition and had almost all that we needed. However, some of the kitchen tools need to be replaced (measuring cup leaks, no tongs, knives are on their last legs, needs a good corkscrew). Overall, the unit was in great shape and well appointed.

  Enjoyed seven days at Summerhouse. The condo was very comfortable, clean and loved sitting out on the balcony. The only issue was renovation of the beach so we could not be on the beach until after 5pm.

  Great view and nicely remodeled. Only concern is that the description did not mention that the unit was upstairs, nor that within the unit, all the bedrooms were upstairs. Would have been nice to consider given recent surgery.

  The property was very well maintained. I would highly recommend renting this townhouse. It was recently completely renovated including the kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. It is located right on the beach with easy access to the beach and pools.
