New owners! We’re excited to welcome you to our cozy 2-bedroom, 2½-bath ocean-view townhouse at Summerhouse, refreshed with some new coastal décor to create a comfortable, relaxing beach getaway.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views and desirable southern exposure from the balcony. Inside, you’ll find an updated, fully equipped kitchen featuring newer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large built-in pantry with plenty of storage. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home, including both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning coffee. Wood-plank porcelain tile runs throughout the home, complemented by a solid oak staircase.

The comfortable living room has been refreshed with some new coastal décor and features a queen sleeper sofa and a 55” wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, birch furnishings, and a wall-mounted TV. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, birch furniture, and its own wall-mounted TV. Both upstairs bathrooms have subway-tile showers with glass enclosures. A stackable GE washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience.

One of the best parts of staying at Summerhouse is all the amenities! Enjoy four temperature-regulated pools, making swimming comfortable throughout the year, along with four tennis courts, two racquetball courts, and a pickleball court. There are also two grilling areas and two playgrounds conveniently located throughout the property. Even better, one of the grilling areas and playgrounds is located directly across from our unit, making it especially convenient for families and evenings spent grilling out.

Beautifully maintained grassy common areas surround the pools, and the beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the sand and ocean.

Summerhouse also offers friendly front-office staff and on-site maintenance should you need assistance during your stay, as well as a small library and fitness center available during normal business hours.

  Our family stayed the week at Summerhouse in unit 123. The unit was updated completely, very nice. The complex was great and well kept. The beach is awesome there and a short walk.
  The only negative of the whole trip was our check in process. We arrived at 4:00, got our key and the cleaning ladies were still in our room at about 4:10. They finished up within the next 10 minutes and we go in. But I think they missed a few cleaning spots, maybe because they felt rushed.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect! This condo was beautiful, clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked.
  
  The information provided on your website for this condo should be updated. Your website said there was a DVD player and stereo system in this unit. There was neither. Luckily we were prepared and brought our own. Suggestion to owner would be to provide higher furniture for the balcony. From one vantage point you look through 2 sets of railings :-( We've been renting another unit for 15 + years that has high top table and chairs and it really makes a difference.
  
  Our reservation was for early May and unfortunately due to the pandemic our visit had to be pushed into June. We were pretty upset that we had to pay additional rent because of this. Our thoughts were that the rent paid for May should of been honored for June. It was an substantial amount that we were not prepared for.
  We definitely want to come back, hopefully again this year.
