Kitchen has all new cabinetry with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and large built in pantry providing plenty of storage. Wood plank porcelain tile throughout with a solid oak staircase. Upstairs bathroom showers have subway tile and open at the top glass enclosures. Mid-century modern look to the living room with a queen sleeper pullout and a 55" flat screen wall mounted TV. King size bed, mid-century birch dressers and wall mounted TV in master bedroom. Twin beds, birch furniture and wall mounted TV in guest room. Stack-able washer/dryer GE appliances. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  Our family stayed the week at Summerhouse in unit 123. The unit was updated completely, very nice. The complex was great and well kept. The beach is awesome there and a short walk.
  The only negative of the whole trip was our check in process. We arrived at 4:00, got our key and the cleaning ladies were still in our room at about 4:10. They finished up within the next 10 minutes and we go in. But I think they missed a few cleaning spots, maybe because they felt rushed.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect! This condo was beautiful, clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked.
  
  The information provided on your website for this condo should be updated. Your website said there was a DVD player and stereo system in this unit. There was neither. Luckily we were prepared and brought our own. Suggestion to owner would be to provide higher furniture for the balcony. From one vantage point you look through 2 sets of railings :-( We've been renting another unit for 15 + years that has high top table and chairs and it really makes a difference.
  
  Our reservation was for early May and unfortunately due to the pandemic our visit had to be pushed into June. We were pretty upset that we had to pay additional rent because of this. Our thoughts were that the rent paid for May should of been honored for June. It was an substantial amount that we were not prepared for.
  We definitely want to come back, hopefully again this year.
