This ground floor unit sleeps 4 comfortably and boasts a new UV air purification light that destroys viruses/bacteria and reduces dust and allergens. Living room has ample seating including sofa, loveseat, 2 rocker/recliners and a new area rug with a large TV and Bluetooth sound bar for your enjoyment. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped for all your needs. The dining room provides seating for 6. New lamps and lighting throughout and a new washer/dryer were recently installed. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new bedding and the master bathroom has been completely remodeled with all new tile shower. The guest room has twin beds with new bedding and the adjacent bathroom has an updated tub/shower combination. Floors are ceramic tiles and new luxury vinyl plank with all new doors throughout the unit. The patio has seating for 4 just steps from the pool and great water views. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  The rental was nice with new bathrooms and flooring. The kitchen had only a couple dish towels so had to buy more. New toaster purchased as the one in the unit was broken. Wished there was a Keurig coffee pot.

    Thank you for your review! However, Summerhouse only provides two dish cloths and two dish towels for each unit, if you'd like more just come to the office and request it. The toaster was new, if something in the unit breaks, we contact the owner to replace it. The owner is providing a new keurig for the unit to offer choices to renters as they aren't a requirement, but they would like to provide a homelike experience while you stay here.
