Tier 1. A beautiful view from this ocean front 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. The unit has enough to sleep six. It is furnished with a king in master bedroom, full, twin in guest bedroom and a twin sleeper in living room. Three TV's, VCR and a DVD. Tile floors downstairs, carpet upstairs. No three night rentals. Does not accept reservations for less than a week. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  We had a wonderful April 2024 in Unit 161. We always enjoy staying in this unit. The new Family area furniture is a great update. The Summerhouse facility and staff are excellent.

  We enjoyed our stay in SH 161 and have already booked this unit for next year. However the television in the living room is on its last legs. The right side of the screen is turning dark and dull. The white sofa, as lovely as it looks, has no support and the cushion fabric is tearing (much worse than it was last year). We truly love the location of this unit and look forward to our next stay.

  it is a wonderful place with all the nice people and snowbird activities - grounds are maintained very well and staff very friendly and helpful - only thing i can think of shuffleboard courts need attention and i would love the pools to be heated to 85 - rarely used as with ocean breeze, cool jan and feb morning temps it just was not fun and i had always enjoyed other years . thanks for all the good work

  Condo was great. Had everything we needed, clean, and a great view. Would definitely rent again. Only con was although furniture in living room looked nice was uncomfortable to sit on. Summerhouse is wonderful and the grounds always beautiful. My Happy Place.

  We had a delightful stay, as always. We loved SH161! The decor was lovely and everything we needed was there. I especially loved the rocking chairs on the balcony...a very nice tough. We have already booked this unit for next year.
