Tier 2. A beautiful view from this ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath town home has enough to sleep six. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. It is furnished with a king in the master suite, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. There are two TV's, two DVD players, and a stereo for your viewing pleasure. Fully equipped kitchen. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  Very pleasantly surprised and grateful for the upgrades the owners had made in the condo. Thoroughly enjoyed the classes and activities offered this year post pandemic. Very appreciative for the care and maintenance given to the property. Thank you to the office personnel for their expertise in handling our questions/concerns and their smiling faces.   This is the first time we stayed upstairs and it was a very nice condo. Beautiful view. One thing is the hide a bed was not clean when opened - had dirty sheets but we washed them and was fine. I think they just forgot to clean that area because if was not open when cleaning company came.

  Nice unit- location, view and furnishing. One very negative- no hot water the first night due to defective water heater- was 4 pm on second day before plumber could replace the water heater. Should have been checked earlier in the day!
