Ocean view 2 bedroom/ 2 bath flat. King, two twins, sleeper sofa. Three LCD TV's with X1 platform which means you can record any program and remotes are activated. Living room has a 52" TV, and a BluRay DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen: glass top stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker & Keurig all brand new. Dining room seats six. There is a gas grill, table and chairs on the back porch overlooking the pool and ocean. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  Our 2025 stay at summerhouse was great. Unit 231 has been upgraded and very tastefully and professionally done. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very functional. The cooler weather put a damper on some activities for the first couple of months. Saint Augustine and the nearby area continues to offer a nice variety of restaurants and other entertaining venues. We would like to give a special thank you to themaintenance staff, Freddie, Junior, Dan and Dan and others for their cheerful and timely response when needed. We also appreciated the help from the office to secure the same unit for next year. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and discuss future improvements. We would recommend an occasional steam cleaning of the vinyl flooring.
  
  We suggest to Summerhouse that the entry(s) to the property be updated and that the signage be reduced to a minimum. There is a pothole at the entrance (main) that has been there for a few years. Other property improvements look great and enhance the community.
