Totally remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront flat with brand new bedding in all bedrooms!Quartz counters and 16x16 tile in kitchen and baths. Wood grain tile in living/bedroom areas. Expanded master bath with clear glass shower doors. Very well equipped kitchen with expanded pass-through for additional seating and greater ocean view. King, twin bed and twin bunk beds, sleeper sofa, three TV's ( flat screen, smart TV's with your password, HI-DEF in living room and master bedroom) stereo.The family room also includes a DVR unit on the TV! Weber charcoal grill, high impact windows and sliders and High Speed Internet service. Plantation shutters throughout. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  The sliding glass door blinds has two slats that were broken upon arrival; they were taped together. The two slats need replaced. The refrigerator: the bracket at the bottom of the door is missing & needs replaced. Overall this is a great unit!

  We enjoyed our stay, very much, but the sliding door blinds need to be replaced. There are one or two slats missing. Kind of eerie at night. You feel someone is watching you!
  Something going on with plug behind the sofa. Lamp to the right wasn’t working, tried switching bulb from the other, but that wasn’t it. So we switched lamps, had to use an extension cord for it to work from another plug.
  View wasn’t the best for the ocean. (Bushes a tad high)
  But understand about erosion.

  SH 258 is a wonderful unit! Location: Excellent! Kitchen: Excellent!! Beds: Super Comfortable as well as the furniture. Note: Bathtub could use reglazing or replacement.
  Please note: A broom and dust pan needed and new throw rugs would be a plus.
  Cleaning crew doing a nice job using Lysol products but need to note attention to the shower door tracks in both bathrooms.

  We have spent Thanksgiving at Summerhouse many times over the past 25 years, but this was our first time in Unit 258. Our 2 weeks was very relaxing and the unit met all our needs. Unit 258 is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
