Oceanfront flat on the ground floor with beautiful ceramic tile throughout, plantation shutters and nice beach accents. Attractive fully equipped kitchen with extra cabinets, lighting and a pass-through for great ocean views. Ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom. Updated master bath with expanded shower. Queen bed in master bedroom, two twins, full size sleeper sofa, two flat screen TVs, updated washer/dryer, large slider walkout. Weber grill and secure high speed internet/wi-fi service. Park right outside the condo and sit on our patio enjoying the ocean while grilling dinner, watching the shrimp boats and listening to the waves. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  We had the pleasure of renting unit 301 in January, 2024. We would have loved to stay for our full 3 month stay in St Augustine, but it was only available for one month. This was our 10th stay at Summerhouse and 301 was one of our favorite units. That's because it was so fresh - new furniture, fresh paint job and everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. Loved 301!

  Nice condo. Only issue we had was that the closet used as a pantry was so full of stuff like beach toys, chairs and more that there was little storage space.

  The weekend at this lovely beach condo was very nice. The location was perfect and the community was very well maintained and was easily accessible. While the condo was clean and well maintained, we did notice that the kitchen needed some updates. The Dishwasher is dated and didn't clean the dishes and cutlery well even after two hi power washes. The pots and pans were not cleaned after the last visitor. Washing machine was not cleaned after the last visitor as we could see a build up of residue on the inside of the door.
