Tier 2. We welcome you to our special retreat! Enjoy the full view of the ocean, the stars at night and the occasional glimpse of the resident tortoise living nearby. The lullaby of the waves makes for great sleeping!
Enjoy the unique art and whimsical cart from our travels and don't forget the monkey lamps! For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs and gadgets. Books, games, wi-fi and 3 TV's make for a pleasant down time. The beds and furniture are comfy and make for a cozy home away from home. All this and no stairs to climb! At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  We enjoyed or stay very much. Very friendly group of vacationer's throughout the complex. The condo was also very nice with a beautiful views of the ocean, but, could use some updating with the furniture (couch, chairs and master bdrm mattress).

  The condo was very close to going down to the beach which was perfect for my husband who has limited walking capability. The kitchen was well equipped and remodeled. The decor was a little dark for being oceanfront on the beach.

  Summerhouse is a choice location on a low/no traffic end of the beach . Great amenities. This unit is very near the beach access and pool and involves no stairs! The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is not child friendly with water sensitive wood furniture; glass topped coffee table; upholstered dining room chairs... requires a lot of policing to avoid damage! Opener on screen door was broken; sliding door very hard to open ; filter in dryer broken on one edge. Housekeepers missed some things like the mildew around sink edges and dusty shelves in LR. All this is small stuff and we decided the location was so great it made up for the rest!

This condo was disappointing because it should have been cleaner upon arrival and the condo needs to be updated. This disappointing experience is unusual for Summerhouse but we still had a great time.
