This beautiful ocean view end-unit townhome, completely renovated in October 2019, offers many extras for your vacation! The 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom has enough room to sleep 8! Furnished with a king size bed in the Master Suite, a full/twin bunkbed with an additional twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper-sofa gives you plenty of space to sleep comfortably. Two large smart TVs, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. You will have high-speed internet access to stream all the shows you want to watch. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools on the property to swim year-round. There are also four tennis courts, and a pickleball court..Just steps from the beautiful beaches awaits you!

  We love the view from 314, so we chose to rent again next year. There are some things that we feel need attending to. When we arrived, the bathrooms had not been cleaned properly. There was mold in each toilet and the 1/2 bath had dried urine on the seat and the bathroom faucets were not clean. We know that just opening up after covid was crazy, so didn't say anything at the time. The outdoor furniture for 314 needs to be replaced. One of the chair bottoms is completely out and the others are getting close. The twin beds are extremely uncomfortable and the upstairs was very hot while air was running. The dishwasher handle that locks when you run the dishwasher needs to be replaced. The den furniture and dining furniture is very comfortable and the decor is very pleasing. Overall, our stay was relaxing and these issues did not keep us from booking for next year. However, we do hope that the owner will take into consideration our comments when looking at what needs to be done for future guests. We look forward to next years visit!

  The unit was comfortable although many minor items needed repair or replacement, including kitchen faucet, bathroom door, lamps & wiring, entry door seals. Lots of quality towels available. Unit should have been dusted or recleaned before our checkin. Communication from office was poor during storm emergency in spite of Joanne's promises beforehand. Walkway contractor needed to told twice to keep our only access open.

  Everything was fine except that there were only a few umbrellas at the pools. There should be much more shading as the pools are directly in the sun.The pool nearest us had three umbrellas (4 tables) and one was broken. No one fixed it or replaced it after I complained. People were coming down early in the morning to reserve a place in the shade and leaving their stuff, but showing up only hours later. Since the pools are the best place to swim, especially with children, something needs to be done. Gazebos built?
