Ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat. It is furnished with a king in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.There are two TV's, DVD and a stereo for entertainment within the condo. Carpet throughout. There is a charcoal grill so our guests can enjoy grilling out in your own unit. A fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with a well-maintained landscape and a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  Have been staying at Summerhouse for 3 years now and will come back again next year. We love the location. So convenient to shopping and good restaurants. The complex itself is well maintained and the area is quiet. We always feel well rested after our stay. We like the convenience of four heated pools and the short walk to the beach. Crescent Beach is one of the nicest beaches in Florida.

  the property was a great location and clean. The only thing was there were lightbulbs burnt out in the bathroom and in the kitchen, and also there were linens for the pull out couch but no pillows.
