Newly remodeled! This two-story, 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath townhouse with WI-FI sleeps 8 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for preparing meals or entertaining and overlooks the newly-furnished dining area which has seating for seven or more. The living room also has all new furniture and includes a queen sofa sleeper and a love seat as well as a new 55" flat screen smart TV. Also downstairs is a convenient mudroom/nook where guests can hang towels, store beach bags and toys. Upstairs you will find the guest room which is comfortably furnished with new beds including a double and a set of bunks as well as a dresser, night stand and t.v.. This room is convenient to the newly renovated second full bathroom with tub and shower. The brand new master bedroom includes a king bed, a night stand, a 6-drawer dresser, and a 36" flat screen TV. It also includes a convenient desk and chair. The beautiful master bathroom has a large comfortable shower. There is a laundry nook where renters can store towels, laundry supplies or fold clothes. You can also enjoy the outdoor patio overlooking the pool and with a wonderful view of the beach! At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with a well-maintained landscape and a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

    Unit 341 was in excellent shape..very well decorated. Felt like home after a couple of days. Very clean with plenty of cookware, newer appliances worked well. A great condo, we booked it for February and March of 2025.
    This is a well managed complex, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

    Loved our stay in 341! Tv had trouble connecting to the internet and there was dirt crumbs accumulated in a corner, but overall we enjoyed our trip and would stay here again. You will love being so close to the pool and beach.

    Lovely condo perfect for family. Love this location as kids can run to beach and then jump in the heated pool. Condo was well equipped with very comfortable beds including the bunks! This is our 3rd time staying at Summerhouse. It's a quiet location away from the tourist things but close enough to do those things if you choose.

    The property itself (location, amenities, etc) are fantastic. However the Management Company, the way they handle issues and their overall persona are horrendous. The property charges a "cleaning fee" of over $100. Cleaning of any unit on any property is to be expected, when this fee is separate/additional, the expectation is higher. This year, an additional $25 COVID fee was added. The top of my fridge was covered with dust and grime, the salt/pepper shakers were dusty and a to-go box was left in the fridge. These issues were brought to Sandy at the front desk whom my concerns seemed to inconvenience her.

    The keys we were given did not lock our deadbolt, that issue was never corrected. At checkout we were told to "jiggle the key" and it would work.

    Again, the property itself is wonderful, been going for over thirty years. The customer service is some of the worst and I work in the industry.

    Our stay was very accommodating and wonderful. The location is great. The layout of the kitchen with the wall taken down was very nice. It was very cleaned and well stocked. and the owner has done a great job of decorating. Loved the baths.
    We have always had good service from the office and management. We would definitely recommend this unit.
    We tried the new Panama Hatties and had good food and service.

    Most issues arise from cleaning and having to deal with the on-site Office Staff with issues or concerns.

    The "cleaning fee" should probably be removed and simply added to the cost. When guests see "cleaning fee" there is an expectation of cleanliness. Previous year's we have come in to find laundry still in the washer/dryer, moldy coffee grinds, hair in the showers and window grime on ocean front units.

    Not necessarily "cleaning related" but there is supposed to be a "sweep" by staff before guests can check into units. Previous years we have walked into a broken AC unit, July in Florida, there is no way any person walked through our rental before we checked in and did not notice the AC was not working. Another year the AC was leaking all over the floor the puddle covered the area leading into the Master Bedroom, had someone walked through the Unit, they would have stepped in it checking that room/bathroom.

    Last year, our reservation was canceled by SH due to the Unit being remodeled from the hurricane the September before. While this would have been fine, we did not receive notification from SH until we called to make our final payment ninety days out. The "reason" we were given by the SH staff was that there was a "pipe leak". Our rental time was also changed from Sunday/Sunday to Saturday/Saturday. Upon arrival, the unit was no where close to ready (floors were bare, no appliances in kitchen, drywall work being done, etc). When the staff was questioned, the response was "rude" and blame was now on the hurricane. Again fine, would it not have been possible to contact rentals five/six months out to let them know there may be an issue? The response was "that would not be possible, no knowledge of construction time table, not enough time". No sort of compensation was given to be moved to a different time/unit and very unsympathetic. Thankfully we are "local" would have effected those who have to plan their travel differently.
