  We have been coming to Summerhouse for over 20 years. This is by far the cleanest the unit’s kitchen has been. I usually have to run dishes, silverware, etc in the dishwasher. I was told it was a new cleaning group and they did a great job. Thank you.

  I have been back many times to rent this unit and it is always well kept. The view is beautiful out of the unit. So happy with the new front storm door. Was upset with the ruling of only 2 parking passes, as I had a friend come for dinner each night and I had to give him my car to come back and forth.

  It is always nice to stay at Summerhouse. However, the beach going through a sand renourishment, which was a bit unpleasant. The condo unit had a few issues, but overall nice stay.
  
  The biggest issue was the roaches. We actually sprayed the unit several times and there were many dead roaches after spraying. I have stayed at Summerhouse many times and never had that issue before...

  Been at Summerhouse for 15 yrs, this is the nicest condo we've had. Comfortable beds, plenty of nice furniture, well stocked kitchen. Only issue was that the icemaker in the frig kept getting blocked up.
