Unit 357 has been recently decorated and is a direct oceanfront condo with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and Master bedroom. 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. It is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. This condo also includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, Smart TV in Living room, WI-FI, books and games for your pleasure. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data.

  We love this unit. Have rented it many years. The A/C worked, but seemed to have trouble keeping up during the day. May need a freon check. We think it's time for the all the carpets to be steam cleaned: the regular carpets and the free standing carpets. As we would walk around, our feet kept getting dirty. Other than that, the unit was great!

  We had a very nice time at Summerhouse for the 2 months we were there. Excellent office staff and maintenance crew, always very helpful. Also, the people renting the condo's were all very nice. The only major issue was the tap water had a sulfer smell to it when first turned on, had to run it for a few moments to rid the smell.

  Great people, love the beach areas and the ocean views. Nice condo but could use some upgrading. Water has a sulfur smell to it and couches are very, very soft. Pickleball courts could use some upgrading, lots of dead spots on southern courts.

  My family has been coming to Summerhouse for 30+ years and now I'm bringing my own family. We loved this location, as it was nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean while the kids napped. We traveled down on Friday and checked in on Saturday. I do wish there would be an early check-in option as we have young kids. Having to kill time during the day can be challenging. Over the years the units have upgraded TVs and features, and our unit had a smart TV with Netflix on it which was fantastic for the kids to watch. I'd stay in this unit again.

  We were pleased to see the changes in decor. A new rug in FR and pictures. The Master BR could use a new mattress. This one is lumpy and too soft.We also were pleased with the outdoor furniture. Very nice. Could use a tray in the kitchen to transport items to deck. One of the outlets in living area need a change. Does not work correctly - near the curtains. Thank you.

  Everything was excellent as far as location and accommodations. The only downside for us is the layout of the guest room with bunk beds. Makes it awkward for guests. The mattress in the Master bedroom could be replaced. Quite uncomfortable.
