It is furnished with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest room. Stainless appliances and Corian in a well equipped kitchen. Large dining room, flat screen TV/ DVD in living room and a washer/dryer. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data.

  We have stayed at Summerhouse several times over the last 15 years. This unit eas ok but needs a deep cleaning. Also construction work was going on just outside our unit almost all week.

  The condo was nice but missing things like electric can opener, more pots and pans, toilet brush. The front door was in bad shape. Only got 2 towels per room, not enough. Mostly just everyday things that need to be added.

  This was our 6th winter staying at Summerhouse and we plan on many more in the future. We rent every February, March and April and love it. The beach is awesome with miles of walking right outside the door. There are 4 pools to choose from, although we find some of them to be too warm. Snowbirds like them 90 degrees and we prefer 80. The winter months finds lots of retirees here and numerous activities to keep you as busy as you want to be - or you can just relax in the sun. St Augustine is a charming city to explore and the eating experiences are endless.
