Oceanfront 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath unit with a tasteful beach themed decor. A Queen bed in the master and 2 twins in the second bedroom. Leather sleeper sofa in tiled living room. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a full meal or quick snack and cool drink. Three flat screen TV's and 2 DVD players. On the balcony there is a high top table and chairs for a beautiful oceanfront view.

  The furnishings were nice but the general maintenance needs updating. The sliding door was old and did not slide easily. We liked the furniture, it was comfortable. The pictures were attractive and knick knacks were a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. The handle on the sliding door rusted off and broke while we’re there. The light fixtures in the condo did not give off much light. There was new carpeting on the stairs and upstairs hallway, but the carpeting in the bedrooms needs updating. The blinds in the main bedroom were missing slats and did not open or close smoothly. The washer was very difficult to open and the dryer vent in the door of the dryer kept falling in the dryer. The unit was clean and there were some beach chairs left to be used.

  Crescent Beach is so wonderful. Summerhouse allows us to enjoy it to the fullest. It has all of the features that we expect. The enhanced security is a bit tedious, but appreciated. The grounds are well tended. A fun place to spend a vacation!

  Went to St. Augustine with family and rented out 2 condos. SH409 was older than the condo in the 300 building but was still nice. Beautiful view and was right on the water.

  Had a blast the blinds were broken before we got there also the downstairs toilet seat was broken didn't get to use it. Other than that I'd definitely come back beautiful views and nice walk to the beach ⛱😎. Had someone beside us scare us and complain about music being to loud but my 2 yr old and 5 yr old slept like babies and it was only 8
