  The unit is "tier 2" but it's hard to find any faults. The location (bldg 20) is good. We like the complex and have made a lot of friends which draws us back. The location is great, with nothing to the west or south and only unoccupied mansions to the north. We are concerned that with 1 month rentals, we may be precluded from renting in the future.
