A king bed in the master, twin beds in the guest bedroom and a new queen size sofa bed with memory foam enable you to treat your guests to an incomparable night's sleep and enjoy one yourself!

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickle-ball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  We have stayed twice and enjoyed both times. The staff did a great job restoring the property after the last hurricane. On our last stay the owner of the unit we had reserved removed the unit from the rental pool but we were given another unit so it worked out.
