Tier 1. This two-story, 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath townhouse with WIFI sleeps 6 comfortably and is newly remodeled throughout. The updated kitchen with custom cabinets and Corian countertops is well equipped with everything you might need for preparing meals or entertaining and overlooks the dining area which has seating for six.

The coastal-influenced living room has all new furniture which includes a recliner, loveseat and queen sofa sleeper. The new 55" flat screen smart TV with blu-ray player not only gives you access to cable channels, but also your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. accounts.

Heading upstairs you will find a convenient laundry area as well as the guest and master bedrooms which are both comfortably furnished with new beds. The master bedroom, with en suite bath, includes a pillow top king bed, 2 nightstands with reading lamps, dressers and a 40" flat screen TV.

The second bedroom has two pillow top twin beds, night stand with a reading lamp, a 48" flat screen smart TV with a blu-ray player. This room is convenient to the second full bathroom.

In spite of how gorgeous the accommodations are at this condo, your favorite spot may not be inside the condo at all - it might be the patio just outside the sliding glass doors. The casual seating here and the breathtaking view of the pool and the ocean will entice you to return year after year to Summerhouse unit 450.

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  We rented this nicely appointed condo for the month of March. It is decorated nicely but needs updated pictures. We were pleasantly surprised to see the stainless-steel kitchen appliances and a Keurig which are not in the pictures. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with nice dishes and other tools. Everything you need is available for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable and there is a lot of space for your clothes. Our only criticism is that the condo was a bit cluttered with too many decorations and we would have liked beach chairs and beach towels provided in the closet for guests to use. The patio slider was a bit hard to open, it is an older door that probably should be replaced. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this condo.

  Positives of this rental: Nice view, nice beaches, nice pools. Affordable price, liked the beach decor, quiet. Master bed comfortable. 2.5 baths.

  Cons: Confusing check in/out instructions, difficult to manage when coming from a distance (coming going after business hours). Condo could have used a deep cleaning. Refrigerator I had to clean myself. Coffee table was broken, dishwasher would not run a regular cycle. Drier overheated and I only used once. Outdated appliances. A bit of a drive to get to grocery store.

  This was our 20th year staying at Summer House and as always, we loved every minute of it. The location is ideal with the the beech or pool within steps of the condo. Our condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and perfect for game nights or watching the waves from our patio. .
  We enjoyed the use of the pickle ball courts, library and pools. We mainly cooked and stayed in for meals, but did get carry out a few times and were not disappointed. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from.
  We needed some extra linens to accommodate our kids for our second week of our stay and the management company was very accommodating.
  A lovely property for making lasting memories!!

  We rented 5 units for our anniversary celebration in the 400 block. We had previously stayed at Summerhouse for family gatherings, but it’s been about 10 years or so ago and our family has grown: now several grown and married grandchildren and now great grandchildren. All had a wonderful time, taking advantage of th beach, pool, and other outside areas. Office staff were helpful; particularly, Charlene who came to our rescue prior to our arrival over several
  miscues with our reservations. A most memorable and wonderful week enjoyed by all. All units worked out great - unit 425, a 3 bedroom unit, had not been updated in some time and needed some attention, but worked out well for us. All our other units were great, particularly unit 452.
