Condo 456 is an oceanfront townhouse located in the southernmost group at Summerhouse, very close to the pool and the walkway to the beach. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private oceanfront balcony. The entryway, kitchen, living room and bathrooms are tiled. The bedrooms are carpeted, all mattresses replaced in November 2023. Furnishings include a queen, 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, 2 TV's, VCR and internet access. The kitchen and bathrooms have undergone recent remodeling with all new kitchen cabinets. The condo has an attractive tropical decor, primarily blue, green and coral colors.

  This unit is comfortable. Our stay was good until we needed the AC--it didn't work and wasn't going to fixed during our stay. The dishwasher didn't work as we tried to run it upon our departure.

The staff was very friendly, helpful during our reservations process and during out stay if we needed anything. The location of the townhouse with ocean front view could not have been better.
