Tier 1. Our newly renovated condo is ready for you to come and enjoy your stay in beautiful St. Augustine! It is a two bedroom, two bathroom corner flat.The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. The master bath has a fully tiled walk-in shower with shampoo niches and glass door. The guest bathroom has a tub with tiled walls and a shampoo niche. The living room features a 65 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and matching love seat. The sliding door in the living room leads directly to the center lawn and pool area. Just past the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Both bedrooms have Berber carpeting, the kitchen and baths have ceramic tile and the rest of the unit has plank flooring for easy maintenance. The kitchen has ceiling height cabinets with under cabinet lighting, granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances. Plantation shutters on all windows and sliding glass door. Washer & dryer. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  Condo in good shape, nicely decorated etc. A couple of minor comments would be sliding patio door very hard to open, and I found 3 door knobs were all loose, so I tightened them. Also you need more than two tee towels.

  This is our third vacation at Summerhouse and each time our vacation there gets better. Very relaxing, quite, clean and made new friends. This vacation was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation , sad about that we would have loved to stay. Plan to spend more time at Summerhouse.

  The condo is in a perfect beach location! Very private and quiet area. The beach was not crowded even on July 4th week! Condo finishes were beautiful. Everything was new and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable and we loved the huge TV! Access to pool and beach was perfect! Our only problem was the noise level being in the downstairs flat. We could hear walking and moving furniture, etc. from the family above us. Not great at 7 am when you are trying to sleep!

  This was a our first year in this condo. So very well appointed. We have re booked for next year. We did have an issue at check in that the condo had not been cleaned as it was supposed to have been. The twin bed sheets hadn't been changed and the guest bath hadn't been cleaned. They sent someone over to remedy the issue. I addressed this with summerhouse management and they assured me that they would address it.

  The condo was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We have stayed at Summerhouse before and enjoy the camaraderie of the residents there and the location is perfect for us to visit relatives who live in Florida. There are also many good restaurants in the area.
