Entering in on the second floor this Ocean view 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths townhouse has an excellent view of the pool, courtyard and ocean from the balcony. There is a king in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room to accommodate a family of four and two twin cots in the guest bedroom closet for overnight guests. The unit sleeps 4 adults. Tile throughout with area rugs to cushion your toes. There is a large screen TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable but several missing amenities such as beach towels, a teapot, very sparse soap, TP and supplies but of course you can buy these. The washer dryer does not take towels which basically means not enough towels altogether. The location is perfect. Not as pricey as beach front but you see the water and better in other ways such as no people walking right by your patio doors. For a little extra effort, this condo would have been perfect!

  We have stayed at Summerhouse several times since 1995. Our first stay was for our honeymoon in May of that year. We love the beach, the location, the pickleball courts and everything about Summerhouse. Housekeeping let us down a little this time. The floors were not very clean and they forgot to leave towels, but the office fixed us right up. We will recommend Summerhouse to family and friends.

  This condo had views overlooking the inland waterway and Matanzas Fort with gorgeous sunsets on one side and overlooking the pool and ocean from the other. The rental unit on a quiet island was only 20 minutes away from the quaint and historic city of Saint Augustine. Whether walking the beach, partaking in Summerhouse activities or finding a good restaurant, there was always something to do. Loved it and we will be back!!

  We absolutely loved our stay at Summerhouse! I’ve been coming to the facility for years with my family, but this was my first time coming as a mother with my three children. The facility was great and accommodates us and my two sibilants and their families. The pool was immaculate and the grounds were maintained perfectly. One recommendation would be for you guys to sell ice, as i think it would be a cash cow for you and extremely convenient for your guests.
  
  Our condo was stunning! The decor was gorgeous and it was fully equipped which allowed us to have a very comfortable stay. My only complain is that the bed was extremely squeaky, which made it difficult to sleep as it would make noise every time you moved or your spouse moved.
  
  We will definitely be returning!!

  Overall it was a nice stay. Too much unnecessary furniture made it crowded. Furniture very uncomfortable to sit on - couch and a recliner would be better.
  This year there were a lot of short time renters with kids. Few days or week at most as renters in some units.
