This gorgeously newly renovated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath town house directly faces the ocean. Entering in on the second floor you have a flawless view from your couch for those days you just want to enjoy the view. The home is furnished with a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a full size / twin bunk bed in the guest room making it possible to sleep four comfortably. There is a television for each bedroom and one in the living area all connected to the wifi and cable. We have stainless steel appliance for a sleek and clean look. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

  Updated condo, beautiful view of the ocean.Check in/out was very easy, because we rented right from Summerhouse Condo. Was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of the condo when we first arrived. Grounds, pools, and beach were lovely. Would stay here again.

  We were able to chill out despite 106 heat index . Recent refurbishment gave the condo a bright , clean appearance . Office staff was very nice . Enjoyed the whole stay . Thanks for having us .

  The condo was excellent, in great condition. The furnishings/kitchen were just fine. There were only three things you should be made aware of: 1) the kitchen faucet's water pressure is not adequate; a repairman came in once during the week and said he didn't have the right tools, he left and never returned. We had not called for him, so I'm assuming a previous visitor had called. 2) the towel bar in the master bath falls every time you take a towel off. 3) A picture beside the front door fell when the door was shut, not adequately secured to the wall. Other than these minor things, our stay was wonderful!! Thanks to the owner for their good taste in decorating!
