  Summerhouse is outstanding with everything they provide. Great staff who keep the place running smoothly. SH 262 is an updated, ocean front unit. Only issue with it is the queen size bed in the master bedroom.

  Property location is fabulous. Beautiful ocean front view. Property unit could be rated a 5 star if master bedroom queen mattress was not so hard, curtains in master bedroom are very difficult to open and close, air duct work throughout unit needs cleaning

  Condo was smaller than some we have rented especially the bathrooms. Great views. Main complaint was note on wood blinds on sliding door. It stated not to move and if broken you would be charged an exorbitant amount. We therefore left open for entire month. Need more user friendly furnishings for a rental.

  We stayed in this condo for 1 week during the summer and had a nice stay. The condo itself was lovely...the decor was tasteful, the beds were comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The pools offered at Summerhouse are very well maintained and refreshing after a hot day at the beach. We had a few inconveniences, but overall there were no major issues or complaints.
  We've stayed in many VRBO's before, and generally there are enough "items" to get you through for a few days. My suggestion to the owner/property manager would be to provide more so the tenants/renters aren't going out the same day or the day after arrival. When we arrived for check in, the unit was not ready so we had to wait about 30 min...very frustrating after a long drive. The unit did not have TP in 1 bathroom, no trashbags, and less than 1/2 roll of papertowels. There were also only 2 dishtowels and no potholders. Those seemingly "simple" items make a huge difference for the tenants.
  Overall, we had a lovely vacation and enjoyed our stay.
