This nicely upgraded unit comes equipped with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom along with a sleeper sofa means there is room for the whole family. Tile floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Summerhouse has 4 temperature regulated pools to swim comfortably all year round. Cooling as well as heated pool temps. Four tennis courts as well as two racquetball/pickle ball courts. Two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids. We have a small library and a gym available in the office during office hours.

    We enjoyed being in a ground floor unit this year. However the unit is in need of a little freshening up - paint especially. It was lacking in basic amentites you would expect like salt and pepper shakers. The grounds are as beautiful as always. New office management that was not as friendly as in the past.
